Many are Called: Few are Chosen
Apprehension and fear filled her face, still, she listened. The conversation was brief and to the point: time was ticking for both of us. As a sales clerk, she was doing her best to quickly ring up my items. Two small succulents and potting soil sat on the counter as I rummaged through my microscopic purse looking for cash.
“Found it!” I held up my cash and gave it to her. “Debit cards have become a nuisance,“ I said.
”My brother only uses cash to pay for his gas,” she retorted.
And then, the casual but God appointed conversation began.
Not wanting to over share, I began with: ”After the last time the debit card was compromised, it’s cash only for me.” Worry splashed her face along with curiosity. She blurted: “I wonder what’s next? ... after the debit card?”
Bingo! His set up was unfolding! Gratitude for answered prayers compelled me to speak truth to her, she looked so anxious.
A “jump in with both feet response“ erupted from me: “Actually, that would be a chip so small that it will fit right here,” pointing to the skin between the thumb and index finger in my right hand. (Revelation 13:16) “People in Sweden are accepting it right now.”
”But that’s the mark of the anti-Christ, isn’t it?”
”We’ll have to take it to live.” A called believer stood in front of me, afraid. “We won’t have any money! It’s all so scary.”
A calm, but firm tone arose from deep within my spirit: “No, we will not have to take it. We knew that this day would come because it is in the Scriptures. If we do take the mark, we will be eternally damned to hell and separated from the Lord Jesus, forever.”
Reality attempted to sink in while an invisible wall prevented her from hearing me.
Since this isn’t the first time this has happened in conversation with called believers, I forged ahead: “We must trust the truth of God’s word, His Scriptures, over what any man says. The Lord Jesus will take care of us. He will never leave us or forsake us.” Her gaze was transfixed as if to say: “You really believe what you’re saying, don't you?!”
“Never leave home without your Bible, again,“ I thought to myself. “She doesn’t know what the Word says!" Next on my to do list, Lord willing: have my Bible, or favorite Bible app, in hand, for further discussion as it presents itself.
The chatter continued. “There are communities of believers right now all over the nation who have already begun to barter with each other. And, more than likely, this new lifestyle will increase. It’s best if we trust in the Lord Jesus,” I reiterated, again. It was as if a 1970's window shade was pulled over her: sadness and palpable reluctance covered her face in shame. She shrank back from me. I knew then how fear of being penniless will cause many called believers to betray their Savior.
A True Story ~ The End.
Be My Chosen Ones
Many are not listening. Many do not want to listen. They will succumb to the new system that is arising. Initially, they will believe that they are "blessed" by it. Soon afterwards, the chains of heaviness will cast them down and then they will realize the grave decision they have made.
They do not listen because of deceit that grows with each stroke of grandeur attached to false doctrines of demons. They are, in fact, blind though they believe they are alive in Me. My Spirit, alive and burning in my remnant calls out to the deceived even now. These are the weary, and these shall increase in My might in the coming days to fulfill My last days purposes. These will be over-comer's for Me and will not shy away from social hatred and persecution.
As a military unit awaits commands from their Sergeant, so these are and will await commands from Me. Unashamedly, they will stand for and with Me and will go where they're commanded to go. A great divide will be seen in My church, much greater than what you see now. Make your election sure, now. Be My Chosen One's, not just a called one, but a Chosen One.
NOTE: The next monthly subscriber video email will be released during the first week of October. Topics include: Revival, Overcoming Shame, and a Suggested Prayer. All presented in various formats.
1 Thessalonians 3:9-13 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
9 For what [adequate] thanksgiving can we render to God for you for all the gladness and delight which we enjoy for your sakes before our God?
10 [And we] continue to pray especially and with most intense earnestness night and day that we may see you face to face and mend and make good whatever may be imperfect and lacking in your faith.
11 Now may our God and Father Himself and our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) guide our steps to you.
12 And may the Lord make you to increase and excel and overflow in love for one another and for all people, just as we also do for you,
13 So that He may strengthen and confirm and establish your hearts faultlessly pure and unblamable in holiness in the sight of our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) with all His saints (the [a]holy and glorified people of God)! Amen, (so be it)!
1 Thessalonians 4:1-8 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
4 Furthermore, [a]brethren, we beg and admonish you in [virtue of our union with] the Lord Jesus, that [you follow the instructions which] you learned from us about how you ought to walk so as to please and gratify God, as indeed you are doing, [and] that you do so even more and more abundantly [attaining yet greater perfection in living this life].
2 For you know what charges and precepts we gave you [[b]on the authority and by the inspiration of] the Lord Jesus.
3 For this is the will of God, that you should be consecrated (separated and set apart for pure and holy living): that you should abstain and shrink from all sexual vice,
5 Not [to be used] in the passion of lust like the heathen, who are ignorant of the true God and have no knowledge of His will,
6 That no man transgress and overreach his brother and defraud him in this matter or defraud his brother in business. For the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as we have already warned you solemnly and [e]told you plainly.
7 For God has not called us to impurity but to consecration [to dedicate ourselves to the most thorough purity].
8 Therefore whoever disregards (sets aside and rejects this) disregards not man but God, Whose [very] Spirit [Whom] He gives to you is holy (chaste, pure).

The New Testament: An Expanded Translation
by: Kenneth S. Wuest
(This translation taken directly from the Greek language.)
Then he says to his slaves, The wedding feast is indeed ready, but those who have been invited were not worthy. Be proceeding therefore to the main streets, and as many as you find, invite at once to the marriage feast. And those slaves, having gone forth into the main streets gathered together all whom they found, both those who were pernicious and those who were good. And the wedding dining hall was filled with those reclining at the banquet tables. And the king, having come in for the purpose of contemplating those reclining at the table, saw there a man who had not clothed himself with a wedding garment. And he says to him, My good friend, in what way did you enter here, not having a wedding garment? And he became speechless. Then the king said to the servants, bind his hands and feet and throw him out into the darkness which is outside. There, in that place, there shall be the audible weeping and the gnashing of the teeth; for many are invited ones, but few are chosen-out ones.
1 Peter 1:1-2
...Chosen-out ones, this choice having been determined by the fore-ordination of God the Father, those chosen-out to be recipients of the setting-apart work of the Spirit resulting in obedience [of faith] and [this resulting] in sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ. [Sanctifying] grace to you, and [tranquilizing] peace be multiplied.
