The Status Quo Will Not Remain

How can you be an outcast, when you are accepted in the beloved, and when all that we are is because of his genuine love for us? Our home is not this world. Our hope is not in this world, a government, a retirement account, or the façade of fame and money. All that exists in the world is only temporary, it always has been.

We do not live forever, here. We live forever elsewhere. Our security then rests in the hope of resurrection from death into eternal life. Whatever comes in this life; however chaotic, painful, or dark, none of these things will hinder our arrival into the eternity that was prepared for us even before we were born.

When death rears its ugly face at us in our final breath, it is then that the resurrection power within us will display its authority to all of our dark enemies. Our security, comfort, and peace has never been in this world, an organization, or a friend. It is for this reason that defining ourselves as an outcast is a limitation society places on those who do not esteem the temporary comforts of fame, money, or things to the extent of being consumed by it all.

By definition, outcast is a term relegated to those who’ve been harassed, disdained, or humiliated. Therefore, only in time, all who have determined to live life for themselves by denying the divine nudges of hope that beckon their souls with the meaning of true love, will, in the end, be the true outcasts for all eternity. Although they are well on their way to being fully engulfed by all it means to be an outcast, still they continue to resist the hope filled prodding that only pure love can offer.

How can one so proud, so mighty in society, turn from all that props up their soul in perpetual boasting of fame and wealth? The turning will happen when the status quo no longer remains and living in pain will replace the fame. All fortunes will be gone, overnight. Food and water will not protect a soul from the intense and fear filled control and manipulation that will be offered in exchange for pseudo normalcy. Sadly, what will be exchanged is more than just daily sustenance, it will in fact be a person’s soul.

The souls of millions will be controlled only for the ultimate purpose of evil. A purpose that will bring an end to all things seen. Humanity will not exist forever on this earth. A decision to come into life eternal is once again calling out to whosoever will. In the acceptance of the one true God, and through the death of his son, Jesus, your destined name of eternal outcast is transformed into one who will be referred to as beloved, forever.

Definition of beloved from Noah Webster’s 1828 dictionary: greatly loved and dear to the heart

Definition of beloved in Greek:  Agapaō: To love in a social or moral sense. Agapē: Affection or benevolence – a love feast, feast of charity Agapētŏs: Dearly and well beloved

2 Corinthians 7:1 (Passion Translation) Beloved ones, with promises like these, and because of our deepest respect and worship of God, we must remove everything from our lives that contaminates body and spirit, and continue to complete the development of holiness within us.

Luke 17:23-26 (Passion Translation) The day came that the rich man also died. In hell he looked up from his torment and saw Abraham in the distance, and Lazarus the beggar standing beside him in the glory. So the rich man shouted, “Father Abraham! Father Abraham! Have mercy on me. Send Lazarus to dip his finger in water and come to cool my tongue, for I am in agony in these flames of fire!” But Abraham responded, “My friend, don’t you remember” While you were alive, you had all you desired, surrounded in luxury, while Lazarus had nothing. Now Lazarus is in the comforts of paradise and you are in agony. Besides, between us is a huge chasm that cannot be bridged, keeping anyone from crossing from one realm to the other, even if he wanted to.
