Wrapped up in Grace

Grace re-makes what was once broken and forgotten. It removes any trace of a past that fueled sin and hate. Grace is completely free and devoid of good works in an attempt to be good enough to receive it and live in it.

Grace is so undeserved, so unlike any love you’ve ever known. It wasn’t free for me, but that's because it’s free for you. Wrap this grace of mine around your life and heart. In its warmth is my suspended judgement and loving kindness, these are your gifts for life.  These cause you to be free in me and begin a new life in me.

Your new life is because of me. A life meant to live in the purity of my holiness extended through my grace. Grace imparts the hope you lost yesterday, and the strength you thought you lost. Grace is the display of my name, the one that came to set you free to be who I created you to be. Grace is pure love that was poured out for you on a cross long ago. That cross is no longer where I AM.

I AM here, now, calling you to my endless love through my eternal grace.

John 3:16-17 (Passion Translation)  For this is how much God loved the world – he gave his one and only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life. God did not send his Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but to be its Savior and rescue it! So now there is no longer any condemnation for those who believe in him, but the unbeliever already lives under condemnation because they do not believe in the name of God’s beloved Son.
